Day 1 kicks off Munchie Fest STL with a vibrant mix of food vendors, wellness experiences, live music, and cannabis culture. Guests can explore local businesses, discover new flavors, and enjoy a high-energy festival atmosphere.

Event Schedule
Day One
🌿 8:00 AM — Community run
Guests arrive, check in, and receive event information.
Enjoy light music, grounding energy, and time to settle into the space before programming begins.

An optional guided workout fitness session led by Certified Professional Athletic Trainer, Jaylen Jefferson, with mindful cannabis use!
This experience focuses on:
40 minute body weight strength & conditioning
high-level full-body movements
core/ab endurance
competitive relay races + team competitions

11:00 AM — “THE BRICKHOUSES” PERFORMING LIVE @ MAIN STAGE

Carondelet Park is located at 3900 Holly Hills Boulevard, St. Louis, MO 63116.
Situated in South St. Louis, the park spans over 180 acres and is one of the city’s largest and most historic green spaces, open daily from sunrise to sunset.
The park features scenic lakes, open fields, walking trails, and multiple recreational areas, with administrative offices and facilities located throughout the park grounds.
